Rectangular in form, the top is bound in polished brass, adding a refined metallic edge to the natural warmth of the beech and mahogany veneered surface below. A simple frieze runs beneath the top, providing subtle architectural definition. The table is set on octagonal legs clad in beautifully detailed acanthus cast feet, bringing a touch of classical ornament to the piece's otherwise restrained silhouette.
