Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or making a purchase on ClearanceRoom.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not complete a purchase on the Site.

These terms apply to all transactions conducted through ClearanceRoom.com, regardless of the method of payment or delivery.

All Sales Are Final

ClearanceRoom.com sells clearance, liquidation, and surplus luxury merchandise at deeply discounted prices. As a condition of these discounted prices, all sales are subject to the following policy:

Order Confirmation

Once you submit an order on ClearanceRoom.com, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation constitutes your binding agreement to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledges that:

• You have reviewed your order and all item details prior to purchase.
• You understand and accept that the sale is final and non-cancellable.
• You waive any right to cancel, return, or seek a refund for the items purchased.
• Payment will be processed immediately upon order confirmation.

Item Descriptions and Condition

ClearanceRoom.com makes reasonable efforts to accurately describe all items listed on the Site, including any known defects, cosmetic imperfections, or missing components. However, clearance and surplus items are sold "as-is" and may exhibit signs of prior handling, storage, or use.

It is the buyer's responsibility to review all product descriptions, photographs, and condition notes prior to completing a purchase. ClearanceRoom.com shall not be held liable for any dissatisfaction arising from the item's condition, appearance, or functionality after purchase.

Exceptions

The non-cancellable, non-returnable, final sale policy may only be overridden in the following limited circumstances:

• Item not received: If an order is confirmed but the item is never delivered due to a fulfillment error on ClearanceRoom.com's part, a replacement or store credit may be issued at ClearanceRoom.com's sole discretion.
• Significantly not as described: If an item is materially different from its listing description (e.g., wrong item shipped), ClearanceRoom.com must be notified within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Resolution will be determined at ClearanceRoom.com's sole discretion.

These exceptions do not constitute a general return or refund policy and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearanceRoom.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from any purchase made on the Site. ClearanceRoom.com's total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the item in question.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or any purchase made on ClearanceRoom.com shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Salt Lake County, Utah, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear their own legal fees and costs unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.

By making a purchase on the Site, you expressly consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State of Utah for any matters not subject to arbitration.

Changes to These Terms

ClearanceRoom.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page before making a purchase.
