ClearanceRoom welcomes clients from around the world. International orders are fulfilled through the freight forwarder of your choice, located in the United States. Please review the information below before placing an international order.
How International Orders Work
- Choose Your Pieces. Send us the items you would like to purchase, along with the name and United States address of your freight forwarder.
- Receive Your Invoice. We confirm availability and send you an invoice for your order.
- Pay by Bank Transfer. Full payment is required by bank transfer before your order is released for delivery.
- Delivery to Your Forwarder. Your order is delivered to your freight forwarder in the United States.
- Export and Import. Your freight forwarder handles export, international shipping, and customs clearance to your destination.
International Order Terms
Payment
All international orders must be paid in full by bank transfer in advance of delivery. Orders are released to your freight forwarder only after payment has been received.
Duties, Taxes and Customs
The client is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and any related charges assessed on the product.
Packaging and Condition
All product is shipped in its original packaging and is new in the box.
Delivery
White glove delivery is not available for international orders. Delivery is made to your United States freight forwarder only, and your forwarder is responsible for all shipping beyond that point.
All Sales Final
All international sales are final. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
