Memberships-
Clearance Room Vendor Membership fees are $150/month per location auto billed monthly to the credit card on file. Fees are $1000 if auto billed annually to a credit card on file. Membership fees give vendor the ability to load unlimited product per location as well as quarterly analytics and $30/month in featured product listings on Clearance Room’s home page.
Commissions-
In an effort to make a straightforward and open transaction policy between Clearance Room and our Vendors, Clearance Room will charge the Vendor 20% of the selling price of the item as a commission. This commission will be deducted from the funds sent to the Vendor after the delivery of the product to the client.
Payments-
Upon completion of delivery of items to the purchasing client and after a 48 hour waiting period funds will be transferred to Vendor in one of two ways. After the waiting period, Clearance Room can pay Vendor via credit card immediately per item sold or we will bundle the items and send a weekly ACH to the vendors bank account on file per the Terms and Conditions.
