Cancellation, Returns, Delivery and Refund Policy

Overview

Due to the nature of our business, the items that are listed for sale are one of a kind, special purchases with special pricing due to a variety of reasons. These items are offered at special pricing with the condition that each item is sold “AS-IS, Non-Cancellable, Non-Returnable” recognizing that the item will most likely not be in perfect condition and by purchasing the purchaser warrants they have looked at each photo on the ClearanceRoom.com website of the item and the purchaser acknowledges the item and condition that is being purchased and the item is being purchased AS IS.

Cancellations– The only exception made is if the purchase is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, prior to shipping. Once shipping has been started, cancellation is no longer possible without incurring return delivery fees which you would be responsible for. Once shipped you may refuse delivery of the order, but you will be responsible for shipping to you and the return shipping to the vendor, which will be deducted from your refund amount. To initiate a cancellation with 24 hours please email cancellations@clearanceroom.com and include your order number.

Returns– Returns are not accepted with the exception of damage caused by our delivery team. See Delivery for information.

Delivery– Each item is inspected and photographed at both pick up and delivery. Please notify our delivery team immediately at delivery@clearanceroom.com if you believe that there was damage caused to your item during transit. All damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt and you must reach out to delivery@clearanceroom.com to initiate the claim. In your email you need to include your order number and photos as well as a description of any damage you believe occurred during transit to your location and we will take it from there. Items are insured by the delivery providers up to the value of the purchase price of the item against damage and loss, with the option of replacement or repair of items as appropriate, covering damage that occurred during delivery but excluding items show in inspection photographs or minor wear or condition discrepancies.

Smaller Item Deliveries– With some items our sellers may elect to ship the item via UPS, FedEX, USPS or other similar services. Our sellers are responsible to package the item securely to prevent shipping damage. We will declare the value as the purchase price of the item, which will insure the package for the amount purchased. When damage occurs in the case immediately notify delivery@clearanceroom.com if you believe that there was damage caused to your item during transit. All damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt and you must reach out to delivery@clearanceroom.com to initiate the claim. In your email you need to include your shipping label, order number and photos of the box, packaging and item as well as a description of any damage you believe occurred during transit to your location and we will take it from there.

Refunds

Returns are only allowed on product damaged in shipping. Once your damaged item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment minus shipping charges both directions, within 10 Business days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@clearanceroom.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at service@clearanceroom.com and include the reason the exchange is being requested, your order # and photos of the item.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please reach out to delivery@clearanceroom.com for inquiries.
