How do I check the status of my order?

Please reach out to orders@clearanceroom.com and we’ll get you information on your order. Please note that orders are not confirmed until 2 business days after order is placed so our logistics team can verify product availability and logistics support.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

The first thing you should do is notify the driver immediately, photograph it and note it in your paperwork. Please reach out to Clearance Room as quickly as possible at delivery@clearanceroom.com and we will work with the carrier and vendor to verify the condition and provide a solution.

How do I cancel an order?

As agreed in the Terms and Conditions of Sale we will only accept cancellations if the order has not started into our shipping channel. Once we have confirmed with our carrier, we are no longer able to cancel and the order is no longer cancellable.

How long does it take to get my items?

Though the items that are being purchased are in stock and available, because we are using furniture specialist carriers to your home in the box or if requested white glove delivery to your room, shipping times can take longer. We expect that in most areas of the United States shipping will take 1-2 weeks from the time it leaves the manufacturer. Remote deliveries, deliveries that have special circumstances (i.e. ferrys) may create longer delivery times as well.

When will I be charged for my order?

Orders will be charged in full at time of ordering. Clearance Room holds the funds for the order and does not release them to the vendor until after the product is delivered to the client. Please note that orders are not confirmed until 2 business days after order is placed so our logistics team can verify product availability and logistics support. If for some unforeseen reason the item is not available, we will notify the client and refund the price paid in full.

 

What is the warranty on the product I am purchasing?

We sell first quality product in the box (unless otherwise noted) at unbelievable prices. Unless there is a warranty explicitly stated in the description of the product all items are sold AS IS, Non-Cancellable, Non-Returnable. This voids the manufacturers warranty in most cases. To offer additional peace of mind, we do offer our Furniture Protection Plan that covers the item against accidents that might happen to the item once in your home. We have partnered with a third party that takes care of many of the largest manufacturers in the United States and one we have had great success with over many years.

Where are my items coming from?

One of the wonderful things about Clearance Room is that we work with luxury furniture manufacturers from all over the United States and Globally to bring you the widest variety of product available. So if you order more than one item chances are each item is coming from a different location. By utilizing inventories from many factories  we are able to offer an amazing selection of goods at fantastic pricing. The actual origin of manufacture will vary based on the piece.

What is White Glove Delivery?

Our focus is to provide our customers with luxury upscale home furnishings at unbelievable prices. White glove delivery is a term used to describe shipping services that exceed expectations of standard home delivery to your garage or covered area.

For example, white glove shipping services include threshold, or in-home delivery, meaning the home delivery will unbox the item and bring the item directly into your home. The delivery options we offer increase in costs as the service level increases, based on the customers needs.
